Il a renonc\u00e9 \u00e0 ses vacances de No\u00ebl en Tha\u00eflande pour que sa fille Mireille et sa femme Rosette puissent rester plus longtemps au bord de la mer et que Mireille se remette de son op\u00e9ration d’une tumeur au cerveau.
Lorsqu’il apprend la nouvelle du tsunami, une longue p\u00e9riode d’incertitude commence: qu’est-il arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 sa femme et \u00e0 sa fille?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette docu-fiction suit la qu\u00eate incessante de Matthias et de son fils Lukas pour retrouver Mireille, explorant les montagnes russes \u00e9motionnelles, les d\u00e9fis du deuil et la r\u00e9silience n\u00e9cessaire pour reconstruire une vie marqu\u00e9e par une telle trag\u00e9die.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le film donne \u00e9galement la parole \u00e0 des t\u00e9moins qui se trouvaient au c\u0153ur des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et qui partagent leurs r\u00e9cits et l’impact profond qu’a eu le tsunami sur leur existence.

\u2028Provoqu\u00e9 par le troisi\u00e8me s\u00e9isme sous-marin le plus puissant jamais enregistr\u00e9, le tsunami a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la vie \u00e0 environ 230 000 personnes, dont 113 Suisses. Plus d’un million de personnes se sont retrouv\u00e9es sans abri dans les r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res de Tha\u00eflande, d’Indon\u00e9sie et du Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
