Les Heures-Encre had a great success this Fall and we are really happy having the film travelling around the world.
- It was shown in Paris at the Festival des Signes de Nuit where it got the Edward Snowden Award. This award honors films, which offer sensible (mostly) unknown informations, facts and phenomenons of eminent importance, for which the festival wishes a wide proliferation in the future.
Jury statement:
For having treated the difficult topic of suicide at work, that concerns the working organisation’s bases in its new forms of exploitation and domination, transforming workers in victims and executioner, we give the Snowden award to Black hours by Wendy Pillonel.
- It is going to be shown at 16th International Student Film & Video Festival of Beijing Film Academy (ISFVF) 2017 in the international competition.
- The film will travel to Poland at the great Camerimage, International Film Festival for cinematography and will be part of the Student Etudes Competition
- Les Heures-Encre goes back to Germany to the Filmz, Festival des Deutschen Kinos in Mainz also part of the Best mid-length film competition.
